John & I have been married for over 11 wonderful years!  We wed July 11, 1997.  We met and began dating at Wheaton College in 1994.  We transfered to the University of Tennessee where we graduated in 1998.  We began our careers in hotel management in Naples, Florida at The Ritz-Carlton and Noble House Hotels.  After enjoying 4 great years there, we made the cross-country journey to work together at The Ritz-Calrton in Pasadena, California.  Not long after our move, John suffered a serious neck injury in the summer of 2002.  It has been a long, arduous struggle that has included 5 cervical fusions.  He is now recovering and beginning to resume a more active life!  After 4 years in the Los Angeles area, we decided to come 'home' to East Tennessee to live on the family estate that includes an equestrian park and a family lodge.  We are active members in our church, Manley Baptist.  We LOVE our pets.....We have a lively, adorable Pomeranian, Whiskey; and a tuxedo kitty, named Beebs, and a new tabby kitten, Simon.  Our newest adventure is raising our first son, Soren Samuel, born March 3, 2008!
